This Privacy Policy explains how PanQu Capital (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the OBD2 ELM327 mobile application (the “App”).

This policy applies to the current version of the App distributed through the Apple App Store.

OBD2 ELM327 is a vehicle diagnostics application that communicates with compatible nearby Bluetooth OBD-II adapters and displays supported vehicle information, live gauges, diagnostic trouble codes, and related data.

The App does not require you to create an account, and PanQu Capital does not operate a user account database for this App.

2. Information We Do Not Collect Directly

We do not require you to register or create an account.

PanQu Capital does not directly collect:

• Your name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Payment card information

• GPS routes or trip history

• Vehicle diagnostic readings uploaded to our servers

• Diagnostic trouble codes uploaded to our servers

• Bluetooth adapter identifiers uploaded to our servers

We do not sell your personal information.

The current version of the App does not:

• Create or require a user account

• Request access to your contacts

• Request access to your camera

• Request access to your photo library

• Record GPS routes or driving locations

• Upload your OBD-II vehicle readings to PanQu Capital servers

• Operate a PanQu Capital analytics or crash-reporting service

• Use your vehicle diagnostic information for marketing purposes

Third-party services used by the App, such as Google AdMob and Apple In-App Purchase, may independently process certain information as described later in this Privacy Policy.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores a limited amount of information locally on your device so that it can function properly, remember your preferences, and provide offline functionality.

This may include:

App Preferences

The App may store settings such as:

• Speed units, including mph or km/h

• Temperature units, including °F or °C

• Gauge layouts

• Display preferences

• Other App configuration settings

Last Connected OBD-II Adapter

The App may remember information about the Bluetooth OBD-II adapter you most recently selected or connected to so that reconnecting can be faster and easier.

This information remains stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to PanQu Capital.

Premium Status

The App may locally store information indicating whether Premium features are currently available so that the App can correctly unlock Premium functionality and remove advertising.

Subscription purchases themselves are processed by Apple.

Vehicle Information

The App processes supported OBD-II vehicle information received from your connected adapter, which may include:

• Engine RPM

• Vehicle speed

• Engine coolant temperature

• Intake air temperature

• Throttle position

• Engine load

• Manifold pressure

• Fuel-related information

• Control module voltage

• Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs)

• Supported OBD-II Parameter IDs (PIDs)

• Calculated vehicle values

• Other data made available by your vehicle

This information is used to display live gauges, diagnostics, performance information, and other App features.

PanQu Capital does not upload this vehicle data to its servers in the current version of the App.

4. Bluetooth

The App uses Bluetooth to discover, connect to, and communicate with compatible OBD-II adapters selected by the user.

Bluetooth access is used only as necessary to provide vehicle communication and diagnostic functionality.

The App does not use Bluetooth to access your contacts or other unrelated personal information.

PanQu Capital does not receive or store a list of nearby Bluetooth devices.

5. Premium Purchases and Subscriptions

OBD2 ELM327 may offer an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscription options may include monthly and yearly plans.

Premium may unlock features such as:

• Acceleration and performance timers

• Diagnostic Trouble Code scanning

• Diagnostic Trouble Code clearing

• Calculated gauges

• Boost and vacuum information

• Air-fuel-ratio-related calculations

• Additional vehicle-data functionality

• Removal of advertising

• Other Premium features identified within the App

Apple processes all subscription purchases and payments.

PanQu Capital does not directly receive your:

• Apple ID password

• Payment card number

• Bank information

• Full billing information

Apple may provide the App with information necessary to determine whether a purchase or subscription is active.

Apple's privacy practices are governed by the Apple Privacy Policy:

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

6. Advertising

Users who do not have an active Premium subscription may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google may independently collect or process certain information in connection with advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation.

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google's services, this information may include:

• Device information

• Advertising identifiers

• IP address

• Approximate location derived from information such as IP address

• Advertising interactions

• Ad impressions

• Ad performance information

• Diagnostic or technical information

PanQu Capital does not receive your OBD-II vehicle readings, trouble codes, or live vehicle data through AdMob.

Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies:

Premium subscribers do not receive AdMob advertising within the App while Premium ad-removal functionality is active.

7. Advertising Tracking and Consent

The App may be subject to Apple's privacy and tracking requirements when third-party advertising services are used.

Your available advertising and privacy controls depend on your version of iOS, region, device settings, and applicable consent requirements.

You can review privacy-related controls through:

Where applicable, you may also be able to manage tracking permissions through:

Limiting tracking may affect the personalization or measurement of advertisements but should not prevent the App's primary OBD-II diagnostic functionality from operating.

8. Location Information

The current version of OBD2 ELM327 does not intentionally record GPS routes, driving paths, or trip-location history.

The App does not use your location to generate vehicle diagnostic information.

Certain third-party frameworks or software libraries included in the App may reference Apple APIs that are capable of interacting with location-related functionality.

If location access is required by a future feature, we will provide the appropriate system permission request and update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures as required.

9. Diagnostic Trouble Codes

The App may retrieve Diagnostic Trouble Codes from your vehicle through a compatible OBD-II adapter.

These codes are used to display information reported by the vehicle's electronic control modules.

If you use the App's code-clearing functionality, the App may send a supported OBD-II command requesting that applicable diagnostic information be cleared.

Clearing a Diagnostic Trouble Code does not repair the mechanical or electrical condition that caused the code.

10. Performance and Calculated Data

The App may calculate or display performance-related measurements using information received from the vehicle or OBD-II adapter.

Examples may include:

• Acceleration timing

• Elapsed time

• Vehicle speed

• Engine RPM

• Boost calculations

• Vacuum calculations

• Air-fuel-ratio-related values

• Other calculated gauges

Unless otherwise stated within the App, these calculations are performed locally on your device and are not uploaded to PanQu Capital servers.

11. Children's Privacy

OBD2 ELM327 is an automotive diagnostic utility and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.

PanQu Capital does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the App.

If you believe that information relating to a child has been collected through a third-party service used by the App, please contact us so that we can review the issue and take appropriate action where reasonably possible.

12. Data Retention and Deletion

App preferences, adapter information, and other locally stored information may remain on your device while the App is installed.

You can generally remove locally stored App information by deleting the App from your device.

PanQu Capital does not maintain a cloud copy of your:

• Live gauges

• Vehicle PIDs

• Diagnostic Trouble Codes

• OBD-II adapter information

• Performance timer results

Apple may retain purchase and subscription information according to Apple's own policies.

Google may retain advertising-related information according to Google's own policies.

13. Information Sharing

PanQu Capital does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Information may be processed by third parties only where necessary to provide services used by the App, including:

Apple

Apple processes In-App Purchases, subscription transactions, purchase restoration, and related App Store functionality.

Google AdMob

Google may process advertising-related information for users of the free version of the App.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or valid governmental request.

Because PanQu Capital does not maintain a database containing users' OBD-II vehicle readings in the current version of the App, we generally do not possess those locally processed readings.

14. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to design the App so that vehicle information and preferences remain local to your device unless otherwise disclosed.

Purchases are processed through Apple, and advertising services are provided through Google.

However, no electronic system, wireless connection, software application, device, or method of data storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should use reputable Bluetooth OBD-II hardware and follow reasonable security practices when connecting third-party hardware to their vehicles.

15. Your Choices

You remain in control of several aspects of the App.

You may:

• Decline Bluetooth access, although the App will not be able to communicate with an OBD-II adapter

• Disconnect your Bluetooth OBD-II adapter at any time

• Subscribe to Premium to remove advertising and unlock applicable Premium features

• Restore eligible purchases using Apple's purchase-restoration functionality

• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account

• Review applicable privacy and tracking permissions through iOS Settings

• Delete the App to remove locally stored App information

The App relies on certain third-party services whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

17. Automotive Safety

OBD2 ELM327 is intended to provide vehicle diagnostic and informational functionality.

Information displayed by the App should not be considered a substitute for inspection, diagnosis, repair, or maintenance performed by a qualified automotive professional.

Do not interact with the App while operating a vehicle when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Diagnostic information, calculated values, performance measurements, and sensor readings may vary depending on the vehicle, ECU, adapter, supported OBD-II protocol, and other conditions.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to the App

• New features

• Changes to third-party services

• Changes in data-handling practices

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Security or operational changes

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy will be revised.

If we materially change how information is collected, used, or shared, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures as required.
